In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Blend with whisk.
Divide evenly among six 6-oz.
Arrange in circular pattern in microwave oven.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 18 to 23 minutes, or until centers are soft-set, rearranging and rotating cups 2 or 3 times.
