Peaches In Almond Custard

Ingredients
  Sweet white wine 12 Fluid Ounce (375 Milliliter)
  Sugar 4 Ounce (125 Grams)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Canned peach halves 28 Ounce, drained (2 Cans Of 14 Ounce / 440 Grams)
For vanilla custard
  Double cream 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
  Prepared custard 4 Fluid Ounce (125 Milliliter)
For strawberry sauce
  Canned strawberries 14 Ounce, drained (440 Grams)
Directions

1. Place wine, sugar and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and bring to the boil. Add peach halves, remove from heat.
2. To make custard, place cream and custard in a bowl and mix to combine.
3. To make sauce, place strawberries in a food processor or blender and process. Push through a sieve to remove seeds.
4. Spoon a little custard onto four serving plates. Fan peach halves and place on custard. Spoon droplets of Strawberry Sauce on custard, then pull a skewer through the centre of each droplet.
