Cinnamon Custard

Ingredients
  Egg 1 Medium, beaten
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Artificial sweetener 4 Teaspoon (To Equal 4 Teaspoons Sugar)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Cinnamon 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender container.
Process until blended.
Pour into a 1 1/2-cup custard cup.
Set cup in baking pan and pour in 1/2 inch hot water.
Bake at 325°F.
for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or chilled.
