Beat eggs slightly; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Pour into caramel-glazed casserole.
Set casserole in pan of hot water.
Bake in preheated moderate oven (350°F.) for 40 to 45 minutes, or until a silver knife inserted in the custard comes out clean.
