|Brown sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Ounce (30 Gram)|
|Vanilla essence||1 Teaspoon|
|Golden syrup||4 Tablespoon|
|Plain flour||1 Tablespoon, sifted|
|Ground mixed spice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Teaspoon|
|Pecan nuts||3 Ounce, roughly chopped (90 Gram)|
1. To make filling, beat sugar, butter and vanilla essence until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Fold through golden syrup, flour, mixed spice, cinnamon and pecan nuts.
2. Spoon filling into pastry case and bake for 35-40 minutes or until firm.
