Tasty Egg Custard

Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
Directions

In glass measuring cup, cook milk on HIGH (9) for 3 minutes to scald.
In glass baking dish, beat together eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Gradually stir hot milk into egg mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Cook on DEFROST (4) for 9 to 10 minutes or until custard is almost set.
Custard will become firm as it cools.
Serve chilled.
