Individual Baked Custard
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Skim milk||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, salt and vanilla extract; add milk.
Pour into six custard cups.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Place cups in a I3x9-inch pan filled 1 inch deep with hot water.
Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Serve warm or chilled.
