Flan L' Orange

Ingredients
  Evaporated skimmed milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4 Medium
  Orange rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar substitute 1 Cup (16 tbs) (To Equal 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar)
Directions

Scald milk in a saucepan, remove from heat, allow to stand for a few minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat until mixture is frothy.
Divide evenly into 4 individual ovenproof custard cups.
Place in a shallow pan containing 1 inch water.
Bake at 350°F.
about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
