Beat the powdered milk into the whole milk OR you may use all powdered milk and water.
Beat the eggs into the milk with a wire whisk; add the honey and vanilla.
Pour the mixture into lightly oiled or buttered custard cups, or one baking dish. Place them in a pan of hot water filled to halfway up the sides of the cups or dish.
Bake at 325°F for about 50 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
