Microwave Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Egg 3 , slightly beaten
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla in a 1-quart casserole.
Mix well.
Microwave milk in a 4-cup glass measure at HIGH 2 minutes.
Stir slowly into the egg mixture.
Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water into a 2-quart casserole.
Place the 1-quart casserole containing custard in the boiling water.
Cover the 1-quart casserole with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes.
Let stand, covered, until cool.
Center of custard will become firm upon cooling.
