Cheese And Kipper Flan
|Shortcrust pastry||4 Ounce (100 Gram)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)|
|Cheese||4 Ounce, grated (100 Gram)|
|Kipper fillet||8 Ounce, flaked (225 Gram)|
Roll out the dough and use to line a 20 cm/8 inch flan tin.
Beat together the eggs and milk, then mix in the cheese, kippers and pepper.
Pour into the flan case and bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 C/350 F, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown.
