Cheese And Kipper Flan

Ingredients
  Shortcrust pastry 4 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Eggs 2
  Milk 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Cheese 4 Ounce, grated (100 Gram)
  Kipper fillet 8 Ounce, flaked (225 Gram)
  Pepper 1
Directions

Roll out the dough and use to line a 20 cm/8 inch flan tin.
Beat together the eggs and milk, then mix in the cheese, kippers and pepper.
Pour into the flan case and bake in a preheated moderate oven (180 C/350 F, Gas Mark 4) for 45 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown.
