Lagan Nu Custard

Ingredients
  Milk 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Sweetened khoya 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Burnt Milk)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cream 1 Teaspoon
  Nuts 3 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

Heat milk and sugar and simmer till reduced to 5 cups.
Reserve.
Beat eggs thoroughly and mix into milk.
Add khoya, essence and 1 tbsp of nuts.
Put in a suitable greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven till golden and done.
Cool and decorate with remaining nuts.
Serve warm or chilled.
