Lagan Nu Custard
|Milk||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sweetened khoya||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Burnt Milk)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ice cream||1 Teaspoon|
|Nuts||3 Tablespoon, minced|
Heat milk and sugar and simmer till reduced to 5 cups.
Beat eggs thoroughly and mix into milk.
Add khoya, essence and 1 tbsp of nuts.
Put in a suitable greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven till golden and done.
Cool and decorate with remaining nuts.
Serve warm or chilled.
