|Melted butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Minced green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Crabmeat||1 Pound, flaked, with cartilage removed|
|Cracker crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine all ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter and pour mixture into well-buttered 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
Dot top with pieces of butter.
Bake in preheated slow oven (325°F.) until pie is set and top is golden brown, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
