Classic Honey Flan
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), divided|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Combine eggs, milk, 1/4 cup honey and vanilla.
Beat until mixed but not foamy.
In separate bowl, combine remaining honey and cinnamon; mix thoroughly.
Place four 6-ounce custard cups in an 8-inch square baking dish.
Spoon 1 tablespoon honey mixture into each custard cup; divide egg mixture into custard cups.
Place baking dish on middle shelf of oven; pour boiling water into baking dish around custard cups to depth of one inch.
Bake 45 minutes, or until knife blade inserted near the center comes out clean.
invert on plate,serve as desired.
