|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fresh orange juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange rind||2 Teaspoon, grated|
Pre-heat the oven to 350°F.
Beat the eggs in a mixing bowl.
Gradually add the sugar, cream, orange-juice and rind and continue beating to an even consistency.
Pour the mixture into individual custard dishes or one large, pretty dish and place in a pan of hot water inside the oven.
Bake for 40-50 minutes, until a piece of raw spaghetti inserted into the custard comes out clean.
