Cornflake Flan

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Corn syrup 2 Teaspoon
  Cornflakes 1 Cup (16 tbs), slightly crushed
  Canned fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cream the butter or margarine, sugar and golden syrup.
Add the cornflakes.
Form into a flan shape.
Either set in a cool place for a short time or brown for 10 minutes in a very moderate oven, 325°F.
Fill with fruit and decorate with cream if liked.
