Honey Almond Custards

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil spray 1
  Skim milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Egg substitute 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (equivalent to 3 eggs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Lightly spray six oven-proof custard cups with vegetable oil.
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until very hot but not boiling.
Remove from heat and set aside.
