Wild Apple Custard

|Granulated sugar||3 Tablespoon|
|Wild apples||6 , peeled, cored and sliced|
|White wine||2 Tablespoon|
|Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Sugar||1 Tablespoon, mixed|
Place apples into lightly greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with 3 Tbsp.sugar.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Beat eggs until light, fold in wine and margarine.
Pour over apples and bake 325°F for 30 minutes or until apples are tender.
