Caramel Crumb Custard

Ingredients
  Vanilla pudding mix 3 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Sponge cake 1
  Fruit juice/Sherry / white wine 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Apple/Fruit 1⁄4 , cooked
  Caramel 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Make the pudding according to the directions on the package.
Dice the sponge cake and put into individual glasses.
Moisten with a very little fruit juice, sherry or white wine, then top with sliced cooked apples or other fruit.
Spoon the warm pudding over the top and allow it to cool.
Meanwhile, make the caramel
When the sugar mixture is brown pour it on to a tin and let it set.
Crush with a rolling pin and sprinkle over the top of each dessert.
