|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Nonfat dry milk||2 Cup (32 tbs) (reconstituted)|
|Nutmeg||1 Teaspoon, ground|
In top of double boiler combine eggs, sugar, milk, and dash salt.
Cook and stir over hot (not boiling) water till mixture coats a metal spoon.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Stir in vanilla.
Turn into dessert dishes.
Cover and chill.
