Cheese Flan

Ingredients
  Eggs/Equivalent egg substitute 4
  Non fat sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Non fat cream cheese 8 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon
  Concentrated acesulfame k 2 Gram (1 Packet)
  Nutmeg 1 Dash
  Chopped walnuts 4 Teaspoon
  Aspartame 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Equivalent To 2 Teaspoon Sugar)
Directions

Spread the crust on the bottom of a flan pan or quiche dish.
Put the next seven ingredients into a blender.
Pour the blender contents onto a graham cracker or other crust, if desired.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.
Mix together the walnuts and aspartame.
Sprinkle over the flan.
Cool.
Store the flan in the refrigerator.
