Easy Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Milk/Evaporated milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In a 2 cup glass measure, scald milk (high) 3-4 minutes.
In 2 qt glass dish boil 1 1/2 cups water (high) 3 minutes.
In 1 qt glass casserole, beat eggs lightly; add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Blend in milk slowly.
Place custard mixture in dish with hot water.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Microwave (high) 5-7 minutes, rotating 1/2 turn halfway through cooking. (Dish center will "jiggle like Jello" when done.) Rest until cool.
