|Butter||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Shredded cabbage||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Cream/Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In 2 qt glass casserole melt butter 1 minute.
Blend with cabbage.
To beaten eggs, add cream, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour egg mixture over cabbage.
Place in a dish of hot water.
Microwave (high) 6-8 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
Cook until center "jiggles like Jello." Rest 10 minutes before serving.
