|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fruit puree||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey/Brown sugar / maple syrup||2 Tablespoon (For Babies Over One Year Only)|
Combine all ingredients in the container of a blender and blend on low speed just until blended.
Pour into four custard cups and put the cups in a shallow baking pan.
Fill the pan with hot water to a depth of 1 1/2 inches and bake in a 350-de-gree oven for 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted 1 inch from edge comes out clean.
Remove the cups from the pan and chill before serving.
Vegetable variation: Substitute 1/2 cup vegetable puree for the fruit.
Omit the sweetener and add 1/4 cup grated cheese.
