Blender Custard

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Roasted ground soy sprouts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
Put all ingredients except nutmeg in blender.
Blend on high speed for 20 seconds.
Pour into 6 custard cups.
Sprinkle nutmeg over tops.
Place cups in pan of hot water.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until set.
