Plain Baked Custard

|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded|
Mix sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla; combine with milk.
Pour into custard cups or baking dish.
Set in pan of hot water, and bake at 300° until firm, about 30-40 minutes.
A knife blade run into the center of custard will come out clean.3
