Quick Microwave Custard
|Skim milk||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Eggs/Equivalent egg substitute||3 Large|
|Saccharin||3 Ounce (Three 1 Ounce Packages)|
Pour the milk into a glass measuring cup and put it in the microwave on high for three minutes.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the eggs, sugar, sugar substitute, and vanilla.
Gradually stir in the hot milk.
Pour into a glass baking dish.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Cook on defrost in the microwave for 10 minutes.
The custard will become more firm as it sets.
