Orange Custard Sauce
|Half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange extract||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
In top of a double boiler, whisk together honey and egg yolks until mixed.
Slowly stir in half-and-half with a metal spoon.
Set over simmering water, and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens enough to coat the back of the spoon.
Remove from heat, and stir in orange extract.
