|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Fresh dill||30 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)|
|Milk||125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)|
€¢ Brush each fillet lightly with lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste. Roll up the fillets, hold with pick if necessary, sprinkle with the dill. Place in a 9-inch (23 cm) microwave-safe pie plate or a small quiche dish.
€¢ Beat egg and milk together and pour over the fish. Cover and microwave at MEDIUM 4 to 7 minutes, or until custard is set.
