Strawberry Peach Flan

Ingredients
  Strawberry jelly 3 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Icing sugar/Powdered sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Marie biscuits 12 , coarsely powdered
  Melted butter 4 Tablespoon
  Canned peaches 29 Ounce (1 Tin)
  Glace cherries 6
  Vanilla ice cream 4 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Mix biscuits with butter till moist.
Sprinkle a little milk if required.
Press biscuits into an 8" diameter borosil pie dish.
Chill in the freezer or bake blind at 200°C for 7-10 minutes.
Cool.
At serving time, put some jelly in the centre leaving enough space for peach halves on the sides.
Alternate peach halves with ice cream scoops on the sides, leaving some ice cream for the top.
Spoon out some ice cream on the jelly in the centre too.
