Baked Honey Custard

Ingredients
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Mace/Nutmeg 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
Directions

Scald milk, then stir in the honey.
Beat eggs and salt together, then slowly beat in a little of the hot milk mixture.
Combine the two and pour into 6 custard cups, scattering a little mace or nutmeg on top of each.
Set cups in a pan of hot water and bake in a preheated 375° oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
When a knife inserted in center comes out dry, the custard is cooked.
Remove cups from water immediately and serve cold.
