Chocolate Baked Custard

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pieces
  Eggs 4 Medium
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs) (undiluted)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (cool)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix together chocolate pieces, evaporated milk, and water in 1 quart glass measure or bowl.
Cook in Radarange oven 4 to 5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted.
Beat eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together with rotary beater until well blended.
Pour in chocolate mixture, stirring constantly.
Beat until well mixed.
Pour into 8 custard cups.
Set 4 cups in 8 inch square glass cake dish, add 1 cup boiling water to cake dish.
Bake in oven 2 minutes, turn dish 180°, cook 1 minute more.
Repeat with next 4 custards.
Cool cups on wire rack. Garnish as desired.
