Lemon Custard

Lemon Custard has a divine taste. Lemon Custard gets its taste from cornstarch mixed with eggs and lemon juice. Lemon Custard is loved by many across the world.
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cornstarch 5 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 1 Tablespoon)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Egg yolks 3
  Grated lemon rind 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a heavy saucepan; stir well.
Add water, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Combine egg yolks, lemon rind, and juice; beat well.
Gradually stir about one fourth of hot mixture into yolks; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly.
Cook, stirring constantly, 10 minutes or until smooth and thickened.
