Soft Custard Sauce is simply a delicious recipe. A delicious sauce recipe; I bet this Soft Custard Sauce will surely tempt you to prepare on every party!
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon

1. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, flour and salt. Add the milk slowly, while stirring.
2. Cook the mixture in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and coats a metal spoon.
3. Set the pot in cold water for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain and add the vanilla.
