Custard has a Superb taste. The fabrication of egg yolks, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla gives the Custard Two Dimensional taste.
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients; beat well.
Pour over jam in crust.
Bake at 350°F 30 minutes.
