Vegan Curry

Vegan curry is a bright curry of vegetable like sweet potatoes, bell peppers, tomatoes, carrots, pumpkin, etc. cooked with curry sauce made of garlic, chillies, herbs, onions, lime, milk, etc. It is served hot with sprinkled basil leaves and is eaten with rice or flour tortillas.
