Spicy Curry

Spicy Curry is a word which is generally used to describe food items prepared with highly spiced and hot gravies or sauces. Spicy Curry is prepared throughout all cuisines in the world in different ways. They are very popular in the South-East Asian cuisine especially in the Indian cuisine. The word curry is derived from the Tamil word Khari which refers to ‘gravies’ or ‘sauces’. There is no specific character that can be attributed to curries but the spices commonly used in Spicy Curry are fenugreek, red pepper, cumin, coriander and turmeric.
