Classic Curried Shrimp

The curried shrimp recipe is a milk cooked shrimp recipe. Savory with a hint of spicey heat, the curried shrimp is made with sherry and ketchup. With butter and curry powder for flavor, this luxurious shrimp recipe is simply divine!
Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cooked, cleaned
Directions

Melt butter in frypan over low heat.
Add flour; stir quickly.
Add curry powder and salt; cook to thick paste.
Add catsup; stir.
Very slowly add milk; stir hard to prevent lumping.
Add sherry; simmer slowly 5 minutes.
Add shrimp; heat.
