Ingredients
  Chopped cooked roast beef 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Chopped onion 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Diced carrot 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Apple 1 Large, peeled cored and diced
  Banana 1 , diced
  Raisins 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Lemon juice 25 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Liquid honey 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Beef gravy 500 Milliliter (2 Cups)
  Curry powder 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine all the ingredients except the rice in a saucepan and simmer very gently for 1 1/2-2 hours.
Serve over rice.
