Mayonnaise Shrimp Curry

Shrimp Curry is a wonderfully delicious dish that is sure to entice your taste buds. I served this dish when my mom, a cook herself, was visiting! Try this Shrimp Curry recipe!
Ingredients
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cooked shrimp 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Blend curry powder into mayonnaise.
Gradually blend in milk.
Add shrimp, green pepper, pimento and onion.
Heat, stirring occasionally, over medium heat in saucepan, about 15 minutes.
Serve over hot cooked rice.
Crab may be substituted for shrimp.
