Curry Fruit Glaze

  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bottled steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Strained apples and apricots 250 Gram (1 Jar Baby Pack)

Saute bacon until almost crisp in a medium size saucepan; remove and drain on paper toweling.
Stir onions into drippings in saucepan; saute until just soft.
Stir in flour, sugar, curry powder and salt; heat until bubbly.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bacon.
Simmer, stirring several times, 15 minutes, or until thick.
