Stuffed Eggs Curry

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 12
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chicken seasoned stock base 1 Teaspoon
  Instant onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Finely minced cooked chicken 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Anchovies 4
  Sliced olives 4
  Capers 4
Directions

Cut eggs into halves, crosswise; slice a small cap off ends.
Remove yolks; mash or force through sieve.
Add mayonnaise, stock base, onion powder, pepper, curry powder, salt and chicken; mix thoroughly.
Refill egg whites, piling yolk mixture high.
Cap with smaller portion of white; top each with rolled an chovies, sliced ripe or stuffed olives and capers.
