Cream Curry Sauce

Cream curry sauce is a flavorful and spicy sauce that goes great with cooked poultry or even vegetables. Cooked with curry powder and milk along with eggs for a thick and creamy consistency, the cream curry sauce is a winner.
Ingredients
  Milk 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Soft butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process atsSTIR until smooth.
Heat over low heat or in double boiler until thickened.
Serve over Chicken Encore.
