Beef Curry

This beef curry recipe is prepared with stew beef. Cubed and cooked in beef broth along with curry powder, the beef curry is seasoned to taste and served with simple hot rice or hot buttered noodles.
Ingredients
  Beef stew meat 2 Pound, cut into 2 in cubes
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 1 Can (10 oz)
Directions

Brown meat on all four sides in small amount of hot fat in electric trypan.
Season meat with salt, pepper and curry powder.
Add beef broth and cover pan.
Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Delicious served with buttered rice or noodles.
