|Beef stew meat||2 Pound, cut into 2 in cubes|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Beef broth||1 Can (10 oz)|
Brown meat on all four sides in small amount of hot fat in electric trypan.
Season meat with salt, pepper and curry powder.
Add beef broth and cover pan.
Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Delicious served with buttered rice or noodles.
