Calcutta Curry is an easy to prepare recipe which cannot just escape your guest's attention. Try this amazingly delicious Calcutta Curry dish, you will surely love to talk about with us.
  Chicken breasts 2 , chopped
  Onions 4 , 2 mulched, 2 pureed, in blender
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted (1 Cube)
  Evaporated milk 1 Can (10 oz)
  Coconut 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Mint flakes 4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 4 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel and juice 1
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon
  Fenugreek 2 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander 2 Teaspoon
  Curry paste 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 2 Teaspoon
  Turmeric/Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fennel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Melt butter in frying pan; add chicken breasts, onions and garlic; salt and pepper to taste; cook until done.
Add evaporated milk, coconut, brown sugar, mint flakes, cinnamon and lemon juice and peel.
Add chicken stock, then the rest of the spices.
Most of these spices can be found in the Spice Island rack in Safeway.
Add more chicken stock and eat it! This is an authentic recipe from India.
