Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped
  Chopped celery 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cleaned shrimp 2 Pound (3 Pound In Shell)
  Canned applesauce 1 Pound
  Condensed cream of celery soup 4 Can (40 oz)
  Canned broiled sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce (1 1/3 Cups, Undrained)
  Curry powder 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt batter in 12 inch electric skillet preheated to about 300°.
Add onion and celery ; cook uncovered 5 minutes or till almost tender.
Lower heat to simmering (220° to 240°); add remaining ingredients; stir.
Simmer uncovered, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes.
