  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped cooked pork/Chicken 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Pita bread/8 slices bread 2 Large, halved crosswise
Directions

In a small bowl stir together the sandwich spread and curry powder.
Stir in the finely chopped pork or chicken, carrot, coconut, and green pepper.
Mix well.
Spoon into pita halves or use bread to assemble into sandwiches.
