Paneer Curry

Ingredients
  Paneer 250 Gram, cut into small cubes
  Peas 250 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic pods 5 , chopped
  Ginger piece 1 , chopped
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Tablespoon
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bay leaves 3
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Ghee/Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a blender jar, add Cumin seeds, Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander powder and grind to a fine paste.
2 In a pan, heat the ghee and add in the prepared paste.
3 Cook till the ghee begins to separate.
4 Add in the tomatoes and beaten curd.
5 Cook on medium heat until the gravy is thick.
6 Add in the paneer, garam masala, salt and a cup of water.
7 Cook, covered for 10 minutes at medium heat.

SERVING
8 Serve, garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
