Ingredients
  Tomatoes 6 (2 Cartons Of Cherry Tomatoes)
  Sun dried tomatoes 4 Tablespoon
  Celery sticks 2
  Carrots 2
  Tamari 2 Tablespoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small
  Garam masala 2 Tablespoon
  Red chili 1⁄2
  Curry 1 Pinch
  Veggies 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Asparagus spears 12
  Mushrooms 6
  Spinach 4 Ounce
  Lentil sprouts 4 Ounce (For Garnish)
  Cashews 4 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

To make the sauce, add all ingredients to Vita Mix and Blend. For veggies shred carrots or chop up into bit sizes pieces, ad all other veggies in bowl mix with sauce so the ingredients are evenly covered. Garnish serve and enjoy!!
