Nacho Casserole Supreme
|Extra lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce|
|Refried beans||30 Ounce|
|Chopped green chilies||4 Ounce|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce|
|Dairy sour cream||4 Tablespoon|
|Tortilla chips/Corn chips||8|
In a large skillet, combine ground beef and taco seasoning, mix well.
Cook over medium heat until beef is browned, drain fat.
In 13x9x2-inch baking pan, make layers in this order: refried beans, cooked beef mixture, white part of green onions, chilies, salsa and cheese.
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 375-degree oven 25 minutes.
Before serving, top with green part of green onions and any desired combination of sour cream, guacamole and/or olives.
Serve warm dip with chips.
Note: If desired, use shredded Monterey Jack cheese to replace some or all of the shredded cheddar cheese.
